The bright print over black really pops and brings some color to The East Village.  With the Shocking Pink Hair and Safety Orange High-top Sandals making the dress look tame. By the way although this is the first pair we have seen in orange, these high top sandals are HOT.  All the young ladies are kicking around in them.
