Although most of the real Village bohemians (unless they have rent control/stabilization) have been priced out of the village decades ago by Trust Fund Trendies, Wall Street Wanna Be’s, Left Leaning Lawyers and Connecticut Parent$ over spending to buy little Buffy an apt. for the NYU years.  All that aside she’s doing an excellent job of channeling the former Boho, Beat, Hippie denizens of Greenwich Village. She’s a beautiful blast from the past. Well done Retro. Absolutely FAB
