Actually Understated
 Neon Hitch and a friend entering the tents. Almost didn't recognize Neon if it wouldn't have been for the shock of red hair. This sequined front white dress with fur cowl might be pushing the limits for some but it is actually quite understated for the usually over the top Ms. Hitch. The statement sunglasses are much more to form. But we are totally shocked at the absolute lack of cleavage. Well it was very cold out. |
