 On South Michigan Ave  On North Michigan Ave. The Magnificent Mile  On Oak Street  At The Historic Water Tower Chicagoans are much more casual in their day time fashion. We had to work at it but we did catch a few who put in some effort during the day. Don’t worry. When the sun goes down the fashion scene heats up. i love the 3rd look!
Yes she's a shop girl on Oak St. Could have kissed her when she walked out to pick up that package. It was beginning to look like no one was "dressed" during the day.
