GOODNESS will serve locally-sourced, healthy food prepared by the city's hottest chefs. After Elettra completed her dissertation at the London School of Economics on the future of feeding urban populations, she was inspired to create GOODNESS and provide delicious, stylish and healthy meals during Fashion Week. The first in a series of global pop-up restaurants, GOODNESS will also make an appearance at future Paris, Milan and London Fashion Weeks, with a featured “chef exchange” between each city’s culinary stars.
